Great place, quiet at times and busy sometimes, but always pleasant, except when a mother brings in a rambunctious 18 month old and turns him loose. This happened yesterday. The untamed child destroyed a community jigsaw puzzle(many hours wasted). The owner asked the woman to keep her child close to her. He was also running the kitchen behind the counter. Then she got mad and had the gall to write a bad review saying it was "not a child friendly place". There is in fact a children's play area. She just wouldn't keep up with her child. It's too bad that many permissive parents think everyone else's rights don't matter. Great bookstore and coffee shop.
